With a lavish launch party in Dubai, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Middle East) have formally returned for their second edition. The “Asia Connect: Dubai” event, held at the Conrad Dubai Hotel, brought together industry leaders to discuss the burgeoning opportunities for Asian real estate investment in the Middle East. This program demonstrates Dubai’s increasing status as a hub for global real estate projects.
The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok will host an international luncheon and presenting ceremony during PropertyGuru Week in December to round out the 2025 awards season. The closure of entries on September 19, site inspections from October 1–3, final judging on October 17, and the grand awards ceremony on December 12 are all important events.
“Asia Connect: Dubai” provided a forum for showcasing the Middle East’s vibrant real estate industry to discriminating investors and real estate buyers around Asia. The event featured a panel discussion titled “Opening the Doors for Asian Real Estate Investors in the Middle East,” with esteemed speakers such as Fiona Juan Wang of DAMAC Properties, Lavin Nalinababu of HLB HAMT, and Stephen Oehme of Quantum Analysis Pte Ltd Singapore
Best Township Developer, Best Community Developer, and Best Smart Commercial Development are just a few of the new categories that the awards have added for 2025. Winners from the Middle East edition will have the opportunity to compete for the Best in Asia titles at the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok.
