Dubai Safari Park has finally closed its gates for the season, and it’s doing so on a high — its highest ever, to be exact. The park, which prides itself on combining wildlife conservation with an immersive experience for visitors, ended its sixth season on a high note with a record number of visitors, improved educational outreach, and ambitious advances in animal welfare programs.
Throughout the year, students, families, and tourists thronged to the park to see more than 3,000 animals belonging to 250 species, most of which are endangered and rescued animals. The themed regions such as the African, Asian, and Arabian villages provided memorable safaris and interactive encounters that left the visitors entertained and educated.
This year, Dubai Safari Park ramped up its conservation efforts by participating in global breeding programs and expanding its veterinary care facilities. The park also collaborated with international wildlife organizations to reintroduce endangered species into their natural habitats, showcasing Dubai’s growing role in global ecological stewardship.
With education at its core, the park welcomed hundreds of school groups and introduced wildlife awareness initiatives specifically for students. As the seventh season sets its sights on the horizon, expectations run high for what’s to come — with glimpses of new animal additions, enhanced experiences, and ongoing commitment to conservation and sustainability.
