Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has officially renamed Al Khail Metro Station, granting naming rights to Al Fardan Exchange, a prominent UAE-based financial services provider. This move is part of RTA’s ongoing initiative to collaborate with key partners to enhance public transport branding.
The stop, which lies on the Green Line of the Dubai Metro, will henceforth be referred to as Al Fardan Exchange Metro Station. RTA established that signage renovations and public addresses will be executed throughout the system to reflect this.
The partnership aims to not only boost Al Fardan Exchange’s visibility but also to highlight the RTA’s commitment to fostering public-private collaborations that benefit the wider community. Commuters can expect a seamless transition as the renaming process is rolled out.
This development is part of a broader RTA strategy to monetize station naming rights, generating additional revenue streams while maintaining high service standards across Dubai’s extensive metro system.
