Expo City Dubai was transformed into a beacon of harmony when it hosted a special multi-faith iftar, which invited residents of different religious communities. The Community Development Authority (CDA)-organized event brought together religious leaders, community representatives, diplomats, and families to promote a culture of inclusion and unity during the holy month of Ramadan.

Guests from various faiths, including Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, and Sikhism, shared a meal under one roof, highlighting Dubai’s commitment to promoting tolerance and coexistence. The evening began with traditional Ramadan prayers followed by the breaking of the fast, where participants exchanged stories and cultural insights.

In their address to the gathering, CDA officials pointed out that the multi-faith iftar is in line with the UAE vision of creating bridges among communities. “It’s a celebration of our common values of compassion, peace, and understanding,” one of the officials stated.

With more than 200 guests present, the event highlighted Dubai as a city where different cultures and faiths converge. Organizers and visitors all commended the initiative, terming it a strong symbol of how food and religion can bring nations together.
