A devastating earthquake has hit Tibet, China, resulting in nearly 100 fatalities and leaving hundreds more injured amid widespread destruction. The quake, which registered a significant magnitude, was also felt in neighboring Nepal and parts of India, where residents experienced intense shaking and fear.

Rescue efforts are currently in progress as emergency teams rush to locate survivors trapped in the debris. The earthquake has inflicted severe damage on infrastructure, including roads, buildings, and power lines, hindering rescue and relief operations. Local authorities, along with international aid organizations, are mobilizing to deliver immediate support to those impacted by this disaster.

Images from the affected areas show collapsed homes, fractured roads, and ruined infrastructure. Remote villages in Tibet have been especially hard hit, with many survivors urgently requiring medical assistance, food, and shelter.

The tremors from the earthquake were felt widely across the region, causing panic in neighboring countries. In Nepal and parts of India, buildings shook, and minor aftershocks have been reported, raising further alarm. Authorities are keeping a close watch on the situation as aftershocks persist.
