Flights to and from Beirut are also canceled until December 31, 2024. Similarly, transit passengers heading to Beirut via Dubai cannot return to their point of origin for now.

Alternative Options for Baghdad Passengers

While Emirates flights to Baghdad are halted, Flydubai (FZ) flights to Baghdad remain operational. Passengers with confirmed Flydubai bookings can still travel if Baghdad is their final stop. Emirates advises customers to stay updated on Flydubai flight schedules for the latest changes.

Assistance for Affected Passengers

Emirates has urged affected passengers to reach out for support:

  • If you booked through a travel agent, contact them to explore other options.
  • If you booked directly with Emirates, connect with their support team for assistance.

The airline is working closely with relevant authorities to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as needed. Passengers are encouraged to regularly check for the latest travel advisories
