A 5.5 magnitude earthquake shook Mindanao, Philippines, on Thursday, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).
The quake occurred at a depth of 31 km (19.26 miles), though specific details about the epicenter’s location are not yet available.
This tremor follows a 4.5 magnitude earthquake that hit a town in Occidental Mindoro, Luzon, just a day earlier on Christmas Day. Thankfully, no injuries or damage have been reported for either incident so far.
