A fire broke out on a fishing boat in the port of Marbah, Fujairah, claiming one life, as reported by Fujairah Police.
The fire was reported to authorities at 9:48 PM on Thursday.
Two people were injured in the incident and were taken to the hospital by the national ambulance. Unfortunately, one of them passed away later.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
