Indian, Bangladeshi Expats Win Dh280,000 in Big Ticket Draw

Two lucky expats from India and Bangladesh have emerged victorious, each taking home a life-changing Dh280,000, in the latest Big Ticket draw. Among them is Jaffar Motiwala, who won the prize after 30 years of trying his luck.
