The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the national squad for the highly anticipated Champions Trophy, with Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah making notable returns to the team. Both players, who were sidelined due to injuries, are set to strengthen India’s pace attack for the tournament.
With a mix of the seasoned campaigners and the rising stars, skipper Rohit Sharma will lead this eight-team tournament. The batting side will have stars like Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, and Shubman Gill, while all-rounder stalwarts Ravindra Jadeja and Hardik Pandya support the team.
