Israeli Forces Kill 72 Palestinians, Including Aid Seekers

Rescuers report 72 people killed by Israeli gunfire across Gaza on June 19, including 29 shot while waiting near aid distribution sites. Civil defense and medic sources indicate at least 21 killed south in Khan Younis, targeting sites near aid convoys.

Repeated Attacks on Desperate Crowds
These shootings cap multiple violence count incidents over recent days—with 51–59 killed while awaiting food trucks earlier this week .
