KASCO Developments, a new player in Dubai’s real estate market, has launched its inaugural project, ONDA, in Business Bay. The AED 500 million ($136 million) development will emphasize wellness and is the first in a series of planned residential projects covering 1 million square feet by 2025.
This exclusive 23-floor freehold community building will offer a total of 348 residences, including:
- 85 studios starting at 449 sq ft
- 190 one-bedroom apartments at 848 sq ft
- 69 two-bedroom units at 1,246 sq ft
- Four three-bedroom apartments starting at 3,025 sq ft, featuring spacious living areas with stylish and elegant interiors
Focusing on wellness, ONDA will include both indoor and outdoor community spaces, wellness hubs, advanced architecture, and cutting-edge smart-home technology in every apartment.
Construction for ONDA is slated to begin in Q4 2024, with completion and handover expected in Q2 2027.
