Laheq Island: Red Sea Global’s First Luxury Residential Destination Revealed

Red Sea Global has revealed Laheq Island, its first residential-centric luxury destination in Saudi Arabia, opening in 2028. It is the company’s initial foray into private home ownership in its vast Red Sea development. Laheq Island will have luxury homes, two high-end resort hotels—one focused on wellness and the other on adventure activities—a marina, a golf course, and high-end dining establishments.

The centerpiece of the island, “The Ring,” is an 800-meter-wide building by Foster + Partners, containing luxury apartments, hotels, and shopping centers. This growth is consistent with Saudi Vision 2030, which is to diversify the economy and make the nation a prime destination to live, work, and visit.

Red Sea Global of Saudi Arabia has officially opened Laheq Island, a pioneering project that will be the kingdom’s first residential luxury resort. Opening in 2028, the island will feature private residences as well as a range of world-class amenities to create a new standard of coastal living in the region.

Laheq Island is set to redefining luxury along the Red Sea shore with upscale waterfront residences, excellent dining, boutique shopping, and recreational facilities. Among its features are two luxury resorts—one wellness-focused and the other adventure- and exploration-based.

The project is in line with Saudi Arabia’s ambitious Vision 2030 vision, which aims to increase tourism, diversify the economy, and attract international investors and residents. With clean beaches, eco-friendly infrastructure, and iconic architecture, Laheq Island will be a highly desirable lifestyle destination for high-end global citizens.

This residential haven embodies Red Sea Global’s commitment to sustainable development, innovative design, and luxury living experiences, making Saudi Arabia a new international destination for upscale coastal luxury.
