UAE cricket coach Lalchand Rajput has delivered a strong message to his players: consistency is essential for achieving long-term success. After the team’s impressive six-game winning streak, Rajput stressed the need to maintain high performance levels as the UAE aims for greater accomplishments in international cricket.

Recently, the UAE secured the Gulf Championship, demonstrating exceptional skill and teamwork under Rajput’s leadership. However, the coach warned against becoming complacent, reminding the players that keeping their One Day International (ODI) status demands unwavering effort and ongoing improvement on the field.

“The winning streak is just the beginning. To compete at higher levels, we need discipline, focus, and consistency in every match,” Rajput stated. He also pointed out the importance of nurturing young talent and enhancing the team’s ability to adapt to various playing conditions to stay competitive globally.

With international matches approaching, the UAE squad is preparing to build on their recent achievements. Rajput’s seasoned leadership is anticipated to be crucial in guiding the team’s future and motivating players to elevate their performance in their cricketing careers.
