A limbless man who was born with a rare genetic disorder has relocated to the UAE and stole the show at the World Governments Summit (WGS) in Dubai with his inspiring speech. Being the 12th documented baby in medical history with his condition, he spoke of how the UAE’s welcoming culture made him feel accepted and empowered.

Addressing WGS 2025, he presented a strong message of resilience, acceptance, and the need to build societies that are inclusive of diversity. His own story of overcoming adversity touched the hearts of global leaders, initiating conversations on accessibility, inclusion, and the role of governments in enabling people with disabilities.

He praised the UAE for fostering an inclusive society where people of determination are given equal opportunities to thrive. His story stood as a testament to Dubai’s commitment to empowering individuals, regardless of their physical limitations, and ensuring that innovation and progress benefit all.

As his address gained global attention, policymakers and leaders considered the necessity of more inclusive policies globally. His visit to WGS 2025 not only motivated but also emphasized the significance of accessibility and equity in creating a better future for everyone.
