His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has reviewed the progress of a Dh1.4 billion housing project which will raise community living standards in the emirate.
The project 672 modern villas was designed to host high-quality housing for Emirati families in addition to apartments. The planned development will involve a mosque, retail markets, a public park, and key service facilities – a comprehensive offering.
During the review, Sheikh Mohammed said that the UAE had pledged to citizen welfare and would give high-quality housing precedence in the long-term urban plans for Dubai. The plan would reflect the larger vision of the city: sustainable and well-planned communities with modern infrastructure and essential amenities.
