The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the date for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2025, the much-awaited entrance test for undergraduate medical and dental programs in India. The much-anticipated test will be held on May 5, 2025. Students across the country are preparing for one of the most competitive assessments in the field of medicine.

The application window for NEET 2025 is now opened, whereby aspirants can submit their forms via the official website of NTA. The process includes online registration, uploading the required documents, and making fee payments. Students are requested to peruse all the eligibility criteria, exam syllabus, and important dates carefully so that there are no discrepancies during the application process. The deadline for applications is expected to come in March 2025.

NEET is India’s largest medical entrance exam, deciding admissions into MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and other allied health programs in government and private medical colleges across the country. Every year, millions of students appear for the exam, making it an extremely competitive gateway to medical education. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology based on the NCERT syllabus for Classes 11 and 12.

With the exam date now confirmed, medical aspirants are intensifying their preparation strategies. Experts recommend focusing on conceptual clarity, time management, and regular practice with mock tests. As the countdown begins, students are encouraged to stay updated with any further announcements from the National Testing Agency to ensure they meet all the necessary requirements.
