A musical set in Dubai promises to be nothing short of magical, especially with the talent of Dubai-based French music producer Stéphane Boukris and composer Nazim Khaled. Together, they’re sure to create a production that will captivate audiences.

“This isn’t just a musical; it’s a celebration of Dubai’s vibrant energy and global influence,” says Boukris, who previously created the popular Robin Hood musical, which has sold over 1 million tickets across Europe.

“We are bringing together an exceptional team to create something truly unique that blends music, storytelling, and the spirit of this extraordinary city. We can’t wait to share this one-of-a-kind experience with audiences here and around the world, showcasing something exclusively made in Dubai, by the people of Dubai, for the rest of the world.” Boukris also highlights that this musical is the first of its scale to be planned in the region, predicting it will significantly impact Dubai’s cultural scene.

The play, set to debut in December 2025, follows the story of Will, a young artist who moves from London to Dubai to reconnect with his partner, Sophia, and pursue his dream of creating a spectacular musical production.

The plot combines themes of love, ambition, and Dubai’s vibrant culture, promising an unforgettable experience for all who attend.
