In celebration of Eid Al Etihad and the founding of the UAE in 1971, Sharjah has announced free parking throughout the emirate for the holiday period. This initiative aims to provide convenience for both residents and visitors during the National Day celebrations, alleviating the usual parking fees and allowing everyone to fully embrace the festive spirit.

This decision is part of the UAE’s nationwide festivities, which celebrate the unity and progress the nation has achieved since its establishment. Free parking will be accessible in various public areas, including malls, markets, and key public spaces, helping to reduce congestion and make travel easier during the busy holiday season. This gesture also highlights Sharjah’s dedication to enhancing the experience of residents and tourists during significant celebrations.

As people gather for public events, cultural activities, and family gatherings for Eid Al Etihad, this free parking initiative will offer much-needed relief, particularly in crowded areas. It is anticipated to encourage more individuals to enjoy the holiday without the hassle of parking concerns.

The initiative is part of a larger array of discounts, offers, and services being introduced across the UAE to celebrate the joyous occasion of Eid Al Etihad. Residents are encouraged to take full advantage of the free parking offer, which will be available for a limited time during the holiday.
