A 27-year-old Emirati man lost his life after being stabbed multiple times in Sharjah’s Al Siyouh area, authorities have confirmed. Initial investigations reveal that the incident followed a heated argument with two brothers.

The Sharjah Police, along with emergency responders, quickly arrived at the scene after receiving a report around 12:40 am. The victim, who had sustained three stab wounds to his leg, was rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.

The attacker had fled the area before the police arrived. However, within 12 hours, authorities identified and arrested two suspects linked to the case. Investigations revealed that the suspects, brothers in their 30s, had a dispute with the victim. The situation escalated, leading to one of the brothers stabbing the victim with a sharp object.

During questioning, the assailant admitted to the crime. Legal action has been initiated, and the case has been handed over to the Public Prosecution for further investigation.

Sharjah Police have urged community members to resolve disputes peacefully and avoid any form of violence. They emphasized the importance of addressing conflicts through legal channels and encouraged residents to report suspicious activities or disputes to help maintain community safety and harmony.
