The board is set to oversee the next phase of the initiative, expand its reach, grow the network’s membership, and attract top emerging Arab talent. They aim to empower these young talents to play a more significant role in shaping the future of Arab societies.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, stated, “These Arab leaders will lead the initiative’s projects, grow its membership, and help emerging talents contribute to shaping the future of our societies.”

Sheikh Mohammed believes that the Arab region, with 200 million young people, holds immense potential to create a prosperous future. By providing opportunities, building skills, and fostering innovation, the initiative empowers youth as the cornerstone of progress and stability.

The Young Arab Leaders network is the largest of its kind in the region. It supports young talents by promoting entrepreneurship, encouraging a pursuit of knowledge, and strengthening development plans.

The Board of Directors is led by Khalfan Juma Belhoul, CEO of the Dubai Future Foundation. Other notable members include Sheikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa (Bahrain), Dr. Tamam Menko (Jordan), Fahad AlGhanim (Kuwait), Aïssata Lam (Mauritania), Ibrahim Mohtaseb (Saudi Arabia), Mona Ataya (Palestine), Basil El-Baz (Egypt), Yazen Altimimi (Iraq), Nasser Al-Khater (Qatar), and Sami Daud (Oman). Fatma Rashid Bujsaim has been named Secretary-General.

The initiative aims to engage 50,000 participants in the near future. It will implement innovative projects and ideas by building a network of influential business leaders and experts. This network will mentor and guide young Arabs, helping them achieve their potential and inspire future generations.
