President Sheikh Mohamed of the UAE and Aleksandr Lukashenko, President of Belarus, recently held talks to explore ways to strengthen UAE-Belarus relations and promote shared interests, development, and prosperity for both nations.
The discussions took place during President Lukashenko’s working visit to the UAE, which is set to last several days. Sheikh Mohamed warmly welcomed his Belarusian counterpart and acknowledged his commitment to expanding cooperation and fostering stronger ties between the two countries.
Both leaders exchanged views on various regional and global matters of mutual concern, reflecting their shared interest in enhancing collaboration. President Lukashenko expressed gratitude for the warm hospitality extended by Sheikh Mohamed during his visit and emphasized Belarus’ dedication to deepening its partnership with the UAE across different sectors to support growth and development.
Highlighting the ongoing progress in UAE-Belarus relations, the Belarusian President reaffirmed his country’s commitment to strengthening ties and expanding cooperation to benefit the peoples of both nations.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security; Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi, Minister of Investment; Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State; and Mohamed Al Abbar, Chairman of Eagle Hills.
