The Academy is essential to the UAE’s aim of a diverse, innovation-driven economy because it equips its residents with sophisticated economic, financial, and entrepreneurial skills. To help Emiratis succeed in domestic and foreign markets, it provides specialised training, international mentorship programmes, and useful courses.

According to Sheikh Mohammed, the development of knowledge and skills is the key to long-term national progress, underscoring the need of investing in human resources.
