His Majesty Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the graduation ceremony of the 2024-2025 cohort of the Mohammed bin Rashid Leaders Programme, a prestigious initiative aimed at cultivating the next generation of visionary Emirati leaders.

The event, held in Dubai, was marked by a strong sense of pride, accomplishment, and national commitment. Addressing the graduates, Sheikh Mohammed emphasized the importance of innovation, responsibility, and service in shaping the future of the UAE. “True leadership is about action, not titles,” he said, urging graduates to lead with integrity and vision.

The curriculum, which was started under the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, has long been acknowledged as a vital component of the region’s leadership development. Young professionals from a variety of industries, including government, technology, healthcare, and education, were part of this year’s cohort and received intense training and mentoring.

New initiatives to increase the program’s impact and reach were announced at the end of the graduation ceremony. Sheikh Mohammed hailed the graduates as representations of the UAE’s spirit of progress, prepared to meet tomorrow’s challenges with quality and determination.
