His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, conveyed his appreciation to global leaders for their attendance at the World Governments Summit (WGS) 2025. The summit, a world-leading platform for mapping the future of governance, provided a forum for influential decision-makers to share ideas on solutions for the world’s most critical issues.

Sheikh Mohammed underscored the summit’s function in catalyzing global cooperation and influencing transformative policies. He recognized the efforts of global leaders, experts, and policymakers in bringing their insights to shape a more resilient and progressive world. Their presence, he added, reconfirmed the UAE’s dedication to convening substantive discussion on governance, technology, and sustainability.

Dubai Crown Prince, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, also commended WGS 2025 for its emphasis on creating a sustainable and innovative future. He stressed the need for collaboration among governments, private sectors, and academia to ensure that meaningful change occurs. The exchange of ideas during the summit, he added, will pave the way for future progress in governance and society.

As WGS 2025 came to a close, Dubai further reinforced its position as a center for thought leadership and global advancement. The findings made at the summit are likely to shape policy choices across the world, setting the stage for an inclusive and futuristic future.
