Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the vice president of the United Arab Emirates and the ruler of Dubai, has paid respects to the late Mohammed Ibrahim Obaidallah, a well-known Emirati philanthropist and businessman whose life was distinguished by both a strong devotion to humanitarianism and professional achievement.
The business and social groups expressed their deep sorrow and respect for Obaidallah, who was well-known for his philanthropic work and entrepreneurial accomplishments in the UAE and abroad, when he died away earlier this week. He was a “pillar of generosity and national dedication,” according to Sheikh Mohammed.
Sheikh Mohammed commended Obaidallah in a social media post for capturing the essence of the United Arab Emirates, where social responsibility and corporate success coexist. “May God have mercy on him and reward him for his contributions to our nation,” the Ruler wrote.
Throughout his life, Obaidallah supported numerous educational, healthcare, and social development projects, leaving a lasting legacy that touched thousands of lives. His passing marks the end of an era, but his work will continue to inspire future generations of Emirati leaders and philanthropists.
