The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has released the Eid Al Adha 2025 service plan, which includes free public parking and altered times for metro, tram, and buses. The programme aims to improve mobility and convenience for residents and tourists over the holiday season.

According to the RTA, all public parking zones in Dubai, with the exception of multi-level parking terminals, will be free of charge throughout the Eid vacation. This is a welcome break for motorists planning to party or shop during one of the city’s busiest seasons.

Public transportation will also follow a customised timetable. Metro Red and Green Lines will have extended operation hours, while Dubai Tram and public buses will run more frequently to accommodate the anticipated increase in travellers. The marine transportation network will also have a revised schedule.

Residents are encouraged to plan their trips ahead of time and use smart apps such as RTA’s S’hail for real-time updates. With these protections in place, Dubai maintains its heritage of providing efficient, accessible, and festive transportation options for everybody during Eid Al Adha.
