Planning a trip from the UAE to India? Non-resident Indians (NRIs) arriving at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport can now avoid long immigration queues by registering for the free DigiYatra fast-track immigration service. This initiative aims to streamline the arrival process, saving travelers valuable time and offering a hassle-free experience.

The DigiYatra service uses facial recognition technology to create a seamless travel experience. By pre-registering through the DigiYatra mobile app, passengers can enjoy quicker clearance through dedicated fast-track lanes at the airport. The service is entirely free, making it a convenient option for frequent flyers and NRIs returning home.

To register, download the DigiYatra app, create an account, and upload your travel details along with a government-issued ID. Upon successful registration, you’ll receive a QR code that grants you access to the fast-track lane at immigration. Travelers are encouraged to complete the registration at least 24 hours before their flight to ensure a smooth process.

With the holiday season around the corner, Delhi Airport is bracing for high passenger volumes. Utilizing the DigiYatra service can help you bypass the usual crowds and start your trip on a stress-free note. Don’t miss out on this time-saving option!
