This week, two convoys filled with vital humanitarian aid entered the Gaza Strip through the Egyptian Rafah Crossing, raising the total number of convoys to 121.
The two convoys included 20 trucks carrying over 288 tonnes of supplies, such as food, medical items, nutritional supplements for children, clothing, shelter materials, women’s health packages, and other essential goods.
This aid is part of the UAE’s relief efforts under ‘Operation Chivalrous Knight 3,’ demonstrating the country’s strong commitment to supporting the Palestinian people during these tough times.
With this latest shipment, the total number of aid trucks sent to Gaza under Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 has reached 1,055, delivering a total of 17,312 tonnes of assistance.
These contributions are crucial in helping Gaza’s most vulnerable residents, meeting their basic needs and easing the harsh conditions they endure.
The UAE has been dedicated to providing support and relief to neighboring countries affected by crisis. On Thursday, two relief planes landed at Beirut airport, delivering 80 tonnes of supplies for Lebanese women impacted by the ongoing conflict.
Earlier, on November 2, the UAE sent another relief plane with 40 tonnes of essential medical and food supplies to aid Lebanese refugees and Syrian returnees in Syria.
