The UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has announced the renewed Emirates Labour Market Award with a huge Dh50 million prize kitty. The award seeks to showcase excellent work in the country’s developing labour system, with 98 winners in different categories.
The prize is available to private businesses, workers, and employers, motivating them to excel, innovate, and be in line in the workplace. The prize signifies the government’s commitment to building competitiveness, equitable treatment, and sustainable practices in the UAE’s labor market.
Each winner will be assessed on their compliance with labour laws, dedication to the welfare of employees, and efforts towards Emiratisation and productivity. The award also supports the UAE Centennial 2071 vision to develop a world-class workforce and business environment.
The officials add that the initiative not only instills a culture of excellence but also encourages other organisations to set higher performance standards. Entries for the award are invited, and the winners will be felicitated at a grand ceremony this year.
