MetLife Gulf has unveiled a specialized cancer support program in the UAE with an aim to provide holistic, personalized care to individuals fighting cancer. The company rolled out the initiative as part of its wider mission to enhance health outcomes and provide specialised services over and above conventional insurance cover.

The new program is intended to walk policyholders through each step of their cancer journey—emotionally, medically, and logistically. From diagnosis to recovery, patients will have access to expert guidance, second medical opinions, wellness coaching, and treatment coordination through a supportive care team.

MetLife’s method is aimed at reducing the workload not only for the patient but also for family members having to handle intricate treatments. Integrating international care networks and latest digital tools, the support program allows for speedy access to excellence care with tranquility of mind.

The launch is being greeted by healthcare activists throughout the UAE, as cancer treatment becomes an increasingly important priority for both the public and private sectors. With increasing awareness and early detection, MetLife’s move is being viewed as a timely and necessary step toward a more caring and patient-focused insurance environment.
