With a total of Dh37 million distributed, this year’s event highlighted the UAE’s dedication to honoring the contributions of remarkable talent and business excellence that continue to shape its vibrant economy.

Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes’ Affairs and Chairman of the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council, presented the awards to distinguished winners from fields such as education, real estate, healthcare, and social work. This year, the awards expanded to include five unique categories, showcasing establishments, individual workers, business services partners, labor accommodation providers, and a special recognition category for extraordinary contributions.

Recognizing a Diverse Workforce
The Emirates Labour Market Awards not only celebrate the achievements of high-performing workers and exemplary companies but also reinforce the UAE’s commitment to fostering a fair, rewarding, and progressive labor environment. This year’s winners exemplify the dedication and work ethic of a diverse and dynamic workforce that calls the UAE home.

These awards serve as a testament to the UAE’s commitment to recognizing and supporting the very best of its workforce, making the Emirates not just a destination for employment, but a nurturing ground for growth, achievement, and lifelong success.
