Scheduled for Saturday, December 14, the event will reveal whether the Dh100-million jackpot has a winner. The odds of hitting the jackpot stand at one in 8.8 million.

How to Watch The UAE Lottery Draw

The inaugural draw will take place at 8:30 PM on December 14. You can watch it live on the lottery’s official YouTube channel: The UAE Lottery YouTube. Updates will also be posted on its Facebook, Instagram, and X pages, but YouTube is the best platform for a seamless experience.

Can You Change or Cancel a Ticket?

Once a ticket is purchased, no changes or cancellations are allowed. Ensure you select your numbers carefully before finalizing the purchase.

Trouble Logging In?

If you’re having issues accessing your account, follow these steps:

  • Forgot Password: Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page to reset it.
  • Forgot Username: Email support@theuaelottery.ae for help.
  • Changing Password: Go to your profile, select ‘Account Info,’ and click ‘Change Password.’

Note: You cannot change your username once it’s created.

Payment Declined?

To participate in the draw, you need to deposit credits into your account and purchase a ticket for Dh50. If your payment is declined, it could be due to:

  • Bank Restrictions: Some banks may not process commercial gaming transactions (MCC 7995). Contact your bank for assistance.
  • Alternative Payment Method: Use PayBy (www.payby.com) as an alternative.
  • Restricted Areas: Payments might fail if you’re outside the UAE, in prohibited regions, or sensitive areas like mosques within the UAE.

How to Check If You’ve Won

After purchasing a ticket through your account, you’ll receive a notification if you win. You can also check the winning numbers on the lottery’s website or social media pages.

Claiming Your Prize

  • Prizes Up to Dh100,000: The amount will be directly credited to your account.
  • Prizes Over Dh100,000: Contact support@theuaelottery.ae or call 800 2365.

Winners have 180 days to claim their prize, after which it will be forfeited. For large prizes, a validation process may take up to 30 days, requiring details such as your full name, address, date of birth, gender, contact info, and visual identification.
