The president of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, officially inaugurated Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), welcoming world leaders and top global experts. This prestigious event is a cornerstone of the UAE’s commitment to advancing sustainable practices and fostering innovative solutions for global challenges.
Addressing the gathering, Sheikh Mohamed underlined the UAE’s central role in driving sustainable development in line with the strategic objectives of the nation as it prepares to host COP28 later this year. “This week is a testament to our commitment to a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future,” he said.
