After the negotiations, Sheikh Mohamed treated King Abdullah and his visiting delegation to an iftar banquet. The event marked the UAE’s strong relationship with Jordan, its emphasis on values and commonalities, as well as shared interests.

The two leaders also touched on Middle East security and initiatives to bring peace to the region. The meeting reaffirmed a long-time alliance, as both countries vowed to cooperate in economic and humanitarian affairs.

This dialogue is a vindication for those diplomatic experts perceiving it as a proof that the UAE and Jordan have the same vision in ensuring prosperity to the region.
The visit affirmed the high individual and political bond between the leaders.
