The UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held high-level discussions on key regional and global issues, reaffirming their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties. The meeting focused on economic collaboration, trade expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Both the leaders took new avenues to strengthen cooperation in energy, investment, and technology sectors to strengthen ties further that align with mutual interests. The UAE is one of Pakistan’s most important economic partners. Trade and remittances by overseas workers are the backbone of bilateral relations.

Apart from economic issues, the talks also touched upon regional stability, counterterrorism efforts, and other urgent global challenges. The leaders emphasized the importance of diplomatic cooperation in addressing geopolitical developments and ensuring sustainable growth in the region.

This engagement will further consolidate the long-standing partnership between the UAE and Pakistan as both countries are motivated to strengthen economic and diplomatic ties. More collaborations and agreements may strengthen their alliance in the future.
