The ‘Broader Conclusion’ indicates that all nuclear material in the UAE is used peacefully, with no indication of diversion. This support reflects years of consistent policy, stringent regulatory frameworks, and collaboration with international nuclear watchdogs.
The Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) and the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR) played critical roles in reaching this milestone. The UAE has demonstrated leadership in safe, secure, and peaceful nuclear energy use by conducting rigors inspections, reporting, and implementing safeguards.
