Residents in the UAE are likely to face both foggy mornings as well as rainy days during this week. According to The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), warnings have been issued for a significant reduction in the visibility due to thick fog at morning times, especially in the country’s western parts.

Rainfall is expected to show up on **Thursday and Friday**, with scattered showers forecast in parts of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the northern emirates. Coastal and island areas may also experience light to moderate rainfall accompanied by a drop in temperatures.

The weather agency has cautioned on smooth driving particularly when there is fog, coupled with keeping in touch with present and future forecasts. Boaters have been warned to be cautious of waves as wind gusts are likely to cause ruff waters on later days.

With these changing conditions in the weather, residents welcome some cool and dampened refreshing days away from droughts as one plans and awaits to move either indoors for leisure activities or very short vacation moves.
