UAE Weather Alert: Morning Fog and Increasing Humidity Tomorrow

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) is alerting for early-morning mist and fog tomorrow that will cut visibility to less than 1,000 meters in coastal and interior regions such as Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and parts of Dubai. Motorists are advised to anticipate delays on principal roads (E11, E311) between pre-dawn until 9 AM.

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has warned of decreased visibility in some important places, predicting another foggy morning in the United Arab Emirates. Overnight, dense mist is predicted to gather, especially over coastal and inland areas including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.

During peak hours, which are from 4 to 8 AM, visibility may fall below 500 metres. Motorists are advised to exercise extreme caution on major highways like E11 and E311, where sudden patches of thick fog could create hazardous driving conditions.

As is customary during the summer, temperatures will rise from a humid 24°C in the morning to a high of 41°C in the afternoon. Until the fog clears, the air will seem especially heavy and oppressive due to the high humidity levels, which might reach 90% tonight. Although there won’t be any rain or severe winds, the humid weather could be uncomfortable for people who have respiratory disorders and make early outside activities unpleasant.

Temperature & Humidity Swing
Daytime temperatures: 38°C–42°C (inland), 35°C–38°C (coastal).
Overnight humidity peak: Up to 85% overnight, so nights feel muggy.
Winds: Light to moderate, 10–20 km/h (no dust storms anticipated).

Who’s Affected?
Commuters: Low visibility hazards on Sharjah-Dubai roads.
Aviation: Potential minor flights delays at AUH/DXB airports.
Beachgoers: Sticky mornings, but bright sunny afternoons.
