UAE Weather: Light Rain Hits Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah

Light rainfall has been observed in parts of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, bringing cooler temperatures and a refreshing change to the weather in the UAE. The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) confirmed that scattered showers occurred across several areas, marking the beginning of the winter season.

Motorists are advised to drive cautiously due to wet and slippery road conditions resulting from the rain. Reduced visibility and the possibility of sudden stops can create hazards, particularly during peak traffic times. Authorities urge drivers to keep a safe distance and follow speed limits to ensure their safety.

The NCM has also warned about possible rain in coastal and northern regions in the coming days. Residents are encouraged to stay updated on weather forecasts and to avoid unnecessary travel during heavy rainfall.

While light rain is rare in the UAE, it reminds everyone to remain cautious and prepared for changing weather conditions.
