Eid Al Etihad: Sharjah Announces 5-Day Holiday for Government Employees

Sharjah’s Human Resources Department has announced that government employees will have a five-day holiday to celebrate Eid Al Etihad, coinciding with the UAE’s National Day.

Holiday Schedule
Dates:
December 2 (Monday)
December 3 (Tuesday)
Resumption of Work:
Wednesday, December 4
This extended break allows employees to enjoy a long weekend while honoring the UAE’s rich heritage and achievements.

Private Sector Holidays
The UAE government has also designated December 2 and 3 as paid holidays for private sector employees, ensuring that both citizens and residents can partake in the celebrations.
