To further improve worker welfare, Fujairah’s Supreme Council Member, and Ruler of Fujairah His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi has mandated a 20% hike in salaries for all workers in the Fujairah government.

The salary raise will help boost financial stability and life quality for a government worker in the emirate. The measure aligns with Fujairah’s commitment to economic growth and social welfare, making sure that employees are on equal terms to compensate for their public service contributions.

This news is coming off the back of several government initiatives regarding economic growth, employment, and worker engagement in Fujairah. The pay will be adjusted as of today and additional information will be made public by other governmental authorities.

This development has received massive acclaim. This shows the commitment of Fujairah toward its workers. Fujairah becomes a strong candidate to house government officers once again.
